We keep this short and simple. PATAKAH only collects what it needs to run the shop and talk to you.
WHAT WE COLLECT
- Drop list: your email address, where you signed up on the site, your rough country (from your connection) and, if you joined from checkout, the products in your bag.
- Contact form: your name, email and message.
- Your bag: saved in your own browser on your device. It is only sent to us if you join the drop list from checkout.
- Referrals: if you join through a friend's link, we record who referred you so both of you move up the list. Your friend never sees your email.
- Swatch wall: the photo or video you send, your email (never shown), and the optional handle, shade and caption you add. Nothing goes live until we approve it. Rejected files are deleted.
- Shade quiz: your three answers and the kit we suggested, with no name or email attached.
- AR try-on: your camera feed and photos are processed only on your device to place the shades. They are never uploaded unless you choose to post a look to the swatch wall.
HOW WE USE IT
To email you about PATAKAH drops, restocks and launch codes, to answer your messages, and to open checkout for you when it launches. We do not sell your data.
WHO HELPS US
The site and swatch files run on Cloudflare. Sign-ups, messages and quiz answers are stored with Supabase. Emails are sent with Resend. They process data for us only to provide these services.
YOUR CHOICES
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. To remove a swatch, or to see, change or delete your data, email hello@patakah.com and we will sort it out.
